Em um recipiente misture a farinha, a água, o sal e metade do zeite. Trabalhe a massa até ficar homogênea. Unte o tabuleiro do forno com 1 colher de óleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;5-Deite uma colher de óleo na massa já levedada, amasse-a novamente muito bem e divida-a ao meio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;6-Faça duas bases com cerca de 30 cm de diâmetro. Procure que as bordas fiquem um pouco mais altas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;7-Coloque as rodelas de tomate e de queijo por cima das bases.
